How we work
What we publish, how we write it, where the information comes from and what this site does not do.
What we publish
Courses, articles, a glossary, calculators and ebooks that explain how saving and financial instruments work. The content is general and the same for everyone: it does not know the reader's situation.
What we do not do
We do not give investment recommendations, we do not present specific products or firms, and we do not collect money. Nothing here is an invitation to buy or sell financial instruments.
Sources
Every lesson, article and ebook lists the institutional sources to start from for further reading: central banks, supervisory authorities, public financial education bodies. When we state a precise fact, such as the deposit protection limit, we say where it comes from.
Numerical examples
Examples are hypothetical and labelled as such. They use constant rates only to show a mechanism: in reality returns vary and can be negative. The numbers are calculated by a script and rechecked at every update.
Videos
Video lessons are presented by an AI-generated presenter, and we say so under every video. The full text of each lesson is always available on the same page.
Educational and informational content only. It is not personalised financial, investment or tax advice. All investments involve risks, including the possible loss of invested capital.
